Hillary Can't Read

At least, that's the only reason I can think of to explain the latest bombshell surrounding her vote to authorize war with Iraq in 2002. You see, Hillary never read the National Intelligence Estimate on Iraq. In fact, only six Senators read it before the vote. One of those was Bob Graham (D-Fl) who then voted against authorization saying the NIE failed to convince him.
Hillary, instead, has suggested she got sufficient breifings on the NIE that enabled her to make an informed decision. Since then, she's repeatedly suggested that she and other lawmakers were mislead on intelligence, presumably by the Bush Adminstration. Could she honestly make that claim considering she never even read the NIE? Well, it's not like the Clinton's have ever been big on honesty...
